Senior Front End Engineer

The Role:
They are seeking a talented Senior Front-End Engineer to join theirteam. You will play a key role in designing and implementing dynamic, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for our flagship platform. Working in a collaborative environment, you will be responsible for translating complex requirements into clean, performant, and scalable front-end code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to develop new features and improve existing ones.
• Build and maintain reusable, efficient, and scalable front-end components using React, Type Script , Tailwind CSS, and HTML.
• Optimize application performance, focusing on speed and responsiveness.
• Ensure high-quality user experiences through cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong front-end engineering culture.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks to inform design and development decisions.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a focus on modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong expertise in React and Type Script , with a solid understanding of component-based architecture.
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and HTML for building responsive, mobile-first designs.
• Familiarity with state management tools (e.g., Redux, React Context) and RESTful APIs.
• A strong understanding of front-end build tools and pipelines (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
• Experience working in a hybrid onsite environment, collaborating effectively both in-person and remotely.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Passion for UI/UX design and a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Legal Tech or similar industries.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices for single-page applications.
