Knot’s mission is to empower consumers and businesses alike with connected merchant and banking experiences. We are building a platform that connects merchants to the many applications they use every day. Our flagship Card Switcher product lets consumers instantly update and manage their cards on file with online merchant accounts (e.g., Netflix or Pay Pal), while newer products like Transaction Link retrieve item-level transaction data.

We’re building many new products on top of our novel merchant‑connectivity platform and we hope you join us to build them.

• Build all user‑facing surfaces across Knot’s products, including the consumer‑facing web app, , , and other demo apps.
• Lead the design direction for and extensively develop  into a best‑in‑class dashboard experience.
• Improve the components and design systems that form the foundation of Knot’s frontends, preparing them for AI‑native development.
• Foster a culture of deep care for industry‑leading user experience.

• You are an engineer with a designer/artist mindset, obsessed with visuals and detail. You’re comfortable with a modern web stack:
  React, Tailwind, UI Components (e.g., ShadCN), Figma, AI‑native tools (e.g., Cursor, v0, etc.).
• You frequently build personal projects and adopt new technologies early. You can deliver software quickly while maintaining high quality and minimal product requirements.
• You thrive with autonomy to ship but understand when to collaborate with your team and what decision points merit discussion. You tackle problems head‑on and lead solutions.
