We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to build scalable applications and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem.

• 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future methods, Scheduled jobs).
• Understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and permission sets.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Git, Bitbucket, Copado, or Salesforce Dev Ops Center is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2, or App Builder) are an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Exposure to third-party integrations like Mule Soft, Marketing Cloud, or other external platforms.

• Optimize existing Salesforce configurations, workflows, and automation processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Implement best practices in Salesforce development, including governor limits, security, and performance optimization.
• Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products as needed.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, ensuring system stability and smooth operations.
• Maintain proper documentation of development activities and system configurations.
