Backed Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Back-End Developer with expertise in algorithmic trading systems, US Treasury markets, and multi-language development.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of a Dealer-to-Customer (D2C) pricing and hedging workflow, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and automation.

• Design, code, and test enhancements to the UST Algo trading system.
• Integrate UST Algo with additional broker markets including Fenics and Dealer Web.
• Expand quoting capabilities on D2C platforms such as Tradeweb, Bloomberg, and Market Axess.
• Write production-grade code daily in a fast-paced, hands-on development environment.
• Adjust priorities quickly based on evolving business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with technical and business stakeholders.
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines and adapt to changing requirements.
• Provide second-level support for existing eTrading setups.

• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, and C++.
• Experience with US Treasury trading and eTrading automation.
• Familiarity with algorithmic trading systems and pricing workflows.
• Ability to work across the full development lifecycle—from requirements gathering to coding and testing.
• Experience with Git, Maven, and code build processes.
• Knowledge of ION integration is highly valued.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
