The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team and make an impact to our solutions for Adobe applications and external customers. You will work in a collaborative environment with designers, product management, and engineers and will interact with innovative product teams across Adobe. You'll be expected to build features, test, and maintain new and existing code.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, deep awareness of tradeoffs, and very high standards for code quality and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain SDKs used within flagship products like Adobe Firefly, AEM, Express, and more
- Work on various web-focused solutions, including the Adobe Content Authenticity website and open-source web components
- Collaborate closely with various teams to drive the adoption of new technologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and services
- Work on highly visible technology projects that are at the forefront of the industry, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital media and bringing trust and transparency to the ecosystem
- Actively participate in architectural discussions, proposing innovative solutions to complex technical challenges and driving consensus with the team
- Promote a high standard of code quality and software craftsmanship
- Thrive in a high-velocity team environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and delivering results with speed and precision
- Experience making production applications that require a combination of Java script/CSS/HTML and at least one backend language
- Ability to design solutions to be implemented by yourself or others
- Fluency with Git and Git Hub
- Reverence for great documentation and excitement to produce it where sensible
- An appreciation for well-tested code and pragmatism about when and where to build test infrastructure
- Passion for solving problems of any scope elegantly every day!
- Ability to give and embrace constructive criticism from your colleagues
- Demonstrated drive to improve your skills and knowledge
- Polyglot language experience and interest; we like Rust, Node, Python, C++ and many other tools
- Experience with MySQL, Dynamo
DB, or other similar databases - Experience with caching layers such as Redis
- Working knowledge of Docker/containerization
- Experience with instrumentation, metrics, and tools like Splunk and New Relic
- A Bachelor’s and/or advanced degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $133,900 — $242,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
