Take2 AI is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the architecture, build, and modernization of our enterprise applications.

Our platform already powers thousands of candidate interactions each month—now we’re scaling to millions. You’ll work across the stack, with a strong focus on building rich, scalable UIs and driving adoption of a new design system.

This role is for a builder who thrives taking complex workflows from concept to launch, collaborating deeply with design, and bringing the discipline of modern full stack engineering to a fast-paced team—playing a key role from design through production with significant ownership over technical execution and direction.

Required:

• 7+ years professional software engineering experience (full stack or frontend-focused)
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Has held titles such as Senior SWE, Staff/Principal Engineer, Senior Full Stack Engineer, Senior Frontend Engineer
• 2+ years at a Series D+ company
• 2+ years at a fast-paced and high-growth early-stage startup (Series A or lower)
• Deep experience building and shipping production applications in React; has architected complex UIs and managed state at scale
• Has led frontend architecture, mentored others on UI/UX best practices, and driven adoption of new tools or frameworks
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale workflows and driving comprehensive UI revamps in collaboration with design
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain backend services in Node.js; can design, build, and consume APIs

Preferred:

• Has created and driven adoption of a company-wide design system
• Experience with LLMs, Voice, Streaming, Redux, Web Sockets, Python, WebRTC
• Experience engineering complex, distributed backend systems for high-reliability/scale, especially in AI-driven or data-intensive domains

• Architect and build new enterprise workflows, modern UIs, and core features across the full stack
• Collaborate closely with design and product to create, implement, and evolve a comprehensive design system
• Lead major UI modernization efforts, ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability across the platform
• Deliver features end-to-end—from database to frontend—with significant ownership over technical execution and direction
• Strengthen and evolve our engineering standards and technical culture as a key early member on the team
