This role offers a base salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per year with total compensation up to $240,000. Loopscale is a New York‑based startup focused on on‑chain capital markets, building a next‑generation lending primitive on Solana.

• Rapidly implement functional UI elements from designs, with an eye toward performance and accessibility.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve application software, collaborating with product and external partners from ideation to production.
• Implement and uphold coding standards, focusing on extensibility, maintainability, and comprehensive testing.

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrable clean, efficient, maintainable code.
• Experience in client‑side React/Type Script application development and architecture.
• Excellent system design and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks and software (e.g., REST APIs, MySQL, GCP).
• Strong communication skills, able to operate with ambiguous requirements & find innovative solutions.

• Interest in a hybrid product designer and developer role, collaborating cross‑functionally to lead the design and development of Loopscale product interfaces.
• A strong portfolio of design work and familiarity with tools such as Figma.
• Understanding of blockchain development, particularly the Solana client‑side stack.
• Familiarity with common blockchain app user experience and product flows.

The base salary range for this role is $140,000–$180,000 with a total compensation of up to $240,000. Our comprehensive plan includes:
