We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with strong hands‑on experience in C#/.NET Core and a solid background in trading or treasury systems. The ideal candidate will have deep technical and debugging expertise, experience optimizing performance in trading applications, and the ability to design, build, and deploy scalable cloud‑native solutions.

This position requires a strong understanding of financial systems and hedge fund environments, with specific exposure to treasury, margin, financing, or post‑trade workflows.

• Design and develop low‑latency backend services using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL, and PostgreSQL
• Enhance and optimize existing trading and treasury systems for performance and scalability
• Implement microservices‑based architectures with messaging, queues, and REST APIs (Kafka, SQS, etc.)
• Deploy and maintain applications in AWS or Azure environments
• Automate build and deployment pipelines using Terraform, Git Ops, Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, or Azure Dev Ops
• Collaborate closely with traders, quants, and Dev Ops teams to deliver high‑performing solutions
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and lead root cause analysis for production incidents

• Strong hands‑on experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture
• Deep understanding of AWS or Azure Cloud
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Git Ops)
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery frameworks (Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, Git Lab)
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
• Experience working in CLI environments across Linux and Windows
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Prior experience working with hedge funds, asset managers, or trading firms
• Exposure to one or more of the following business areas:
• ​T​reasury:
  Margin, financing costs, optimization, locates
• ​O​perations:
  Post‑trade reconciliations, affirmations, dispute resolutions, allocations
• ​A​ccounting or Compliance
• Front‑end experience with Blazor or Dev Express is a plus

• 8–10 years of professional software development experience
• Strong knowledge of object‑oriented programming and cloud‑native design patterns
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
