Join Ripple Labs in New York, NY, as a Software Engineer II, and be part of an exceptionally ambitious team! We are transforming the global financial system with our world-class crypto solutions, driving economic fairness and opportunity for all.

• Prototype new solutions for sophisticated software problems and efficiently implement them for internal partners and customers
• Build, develop, and maintain platforms and applications for internal and commercial use
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, finance, and treasury, to develop, implement, and test new features
• Contribute across the entire software development lifecycle within an Agile environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects
• Engage in code reviews and contribute to development guidelines

• Proven experience in software development
• Strong knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or C
• Experience with APIs
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work strictly within project timelines

• Experience working with accounting or finance systems

For positions that will be based in NY, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.

NY Annual Base Salary Range: $120,000 USD – $145,000 USD
