Senior Full-Stack Engineer

In just one year, they've successfully implemented and replaced automation stacks for Fortune 100 companies, AmLaw 100 firms, and major private corporations. Their NYC-based team includes industry leaders who have built and scaled businesses, contributed to major quantitative funds, crypto projects, and research labs.

Backed by notable investors including Conviction Partners, Northwestern Mutual, and founders/CEOs from companies like Dropbox, Zoom, Zapier, and Scale, they're positioned for significant growth. Their current workflow automation product is just the beginning of their vision to solve critical automation challenges at scale.

• Take complete ownership of feature development from customer request and ideation through to production deployment
• Make thoughtful design decisions balancing frontend and backend tradeoffs
• Build fast, reliable client-side features for workflow automation creation and recording
• Integrate with backend APIs to run and monitor workflow automations
• Partner closely with product design to craft intuitive and delightful user experiences
• Create highly interactive, visually polished applications with Figma-like UI/UX excellence

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer
• Experience at a high-growth startup or major tech company
• Strong full-stack capabilities with particular strength in frontend development
• Proven experience with Type Script, Python, and React
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take features end-to-end through production
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with designers, PMs, engineers, and customers
• Experience breaking down high-level goals into actionable tasks and timelines

• Product design experience showing strong frontend/UX understanding
• Experience with interactive applications requiring high visual polish
• Background with business intelligence or workflow software
• Track record of making thoughtful product decisions based on customer needs
