Algorithm Engineer

Anduril is looking for an Algorithm Engineer to develop advanced tracking algorithms for air and missile threats. Candidates should have strong programming skills in C++ and Python, along with a solid math foundation. This role suits those with experience in tracking algorithms and high-performance computing.

In this role, you will design and implement algorithms for tracking air and missile threats, focusing on multi-target tracking and track fusion. You will develop high-performance software systems that process radar data and maintain tracking on multiple targets, requiring optimization for performance-critical environments.

Collaboration is key, as you will work with radar engineers and system architects to integrate your solutions into defense systems. Success will be measured by the effectiveness of your algorithms in real-world applications, including customer demonstrations and field tests.
