We are looking for an Assurance Manager to join our Real Estate Assurance practice, with the flexibility to sit in various offices. The ideal candidate thrives in a growing environment and is committed to delivering exceptional client service.

• Plan audit objectives and develop audit strategies collaboratively.
• Lead multiple audit engagements, managing competing priorities.
• Review and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and satisfaction.
• Understand and mitigate firm risk on audits and proposals.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff during engagements.
• Evaluate staff performance for engagement reviews.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
• CPA certification.
• Experience working with real estate clients.

• Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.

Salary range in Minnesota: $112,000 - $121,000 USD. In other locations, ranges vary by market, with actual compensation based on experience and other factors.
