• Lead and manage multiple client engagements, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
• Oversee tax compliance, planning, and research across a variety of industries
• Review high-net-worth individual, fiduciary, partnership, and corporate tax returns
• Resolve complex client matters, including IRS and state tax authority inquiries and notices
• Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
• Collaborate with partners and peers to provide strategic tax guidance
• Mentor, train, and develop staff and senior-level team members

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
• CPA license required
• 5+ years of progressive tax experience within public accounting
• Proven experience managing engagements and supervising staff
• Strong technical tax knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client service skills
