Your RoleWe are looking for a hands‑on, experienced Accounting Manager to lead our U.S. accounting operations
. You’ll play a key role in financial management, standard costing, project accounting, and intercompany coordination between our Swiss headquarters and U.S. entity
.

- Oversee all U.S. accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and month‑end close
- Manage liquidity, forecasts, and financial reconciliations
- Maintain and improve the standard costing system for cost tracking and reporting
- Lead project accounting using T&M and POC methodologies
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting within SAP ERP
- Coordinate intercompany transactions and reconciliations with the Swiss HQ
- Support external audits and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies
- Partner with project managers to track profitability and performance
- Lead and mentor a small accounting team
, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
; CPA or CMA preferred - Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
, ideally in a manufacturing or project‑based environment - Strong knowledge of standard costing and project accounting (T&M and POC)
- Experience with SAP (cloud‑based ERP) preferred
- Familiarity with intercompany accounting and international coordination
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Salary range: $70,000 – $80,000 USD (commensurate with experience)
