Overview:
An opportunity to join a high-quality boutique accounting firm renowned for exceptional Tax and Bookkeeping services in the Long Island area. We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Manager due to growth. We are open to considering high potential Tax Managers also.
Responsibilities:
- Lead & Mentor: Supervise, train, and support tax staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Technical Ownership: Own the review and preparation of complex federal, state, and local tax returns for a diverse client base (including individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts).
- You will serve clients across nearly several industries. Example industries include Real Estate, Hospitality, Professional Services, Automotive, Construction, Manufacturing, and Retail

Qualifications
- CPA License is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in complex tax preparation and review.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
