Accounting Senior Position Available – Tax
Brooklyn-based CPA office is looking for an experienced full-time senior accountant.
Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3-5 years tax experience with closings and tax returns (1065s, 1041s, 1120S, and 1040s)
- Ideally has knowledge of tax accounting for manufacturing and real estate industries
- Working knowledge of Quick Books, Word and Excel spreadsheets
- Able to stay up to date with ever-changing Federal and State tax regulations
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage time appropriately
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Experience in trust, estate, and intergenerational planning a plus
- Experience with Lacerte tax software a plus
