Bookkeeper

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and hands‑on accounting professional to join our client’s team in a hybrid NYC‑based role. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in accounting operations and a strong working knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central to support day‑to‑day financial activities.

• Manage daily accounting operations including A/P, A/R, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and prepare supporting schedules
• Support financial reporting and audit preparation
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting workflows within Business Central
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• 3+ years of hands‑on accounting experience (staff, senior, or full‑charge bookkeeping)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (required)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting fundamentals
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid NYC environment
