We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Senior to join our dynamic firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our tax department, including partnership, corporate, and individual tax returns. As a Tax Senior, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries, providing expert tax advice and guidance.

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for partnerships, corporations, and individuals
• Research and analyze tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Advise clients on tax planning strategies and potential tax savings opportunities
• Manage and oversee the tax department, including supervising junior staff
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other related documents
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns and related documents
• Assist in the resolution of tax-related issues and disputes with tax authorities
• Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate these changes to clients and colleagues

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• CPA certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax
• Strong knowledge of partnership, corporate, and individual tax returns
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax preparation software
