Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join a top 100 CPA firm in New York. The ideal candidate will lead complex tax engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff.
- Manage multiple tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals and corporations
- Review tax returns, provisions, and other deliverables
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws
- Lead and mentor junior staff members
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships
- Contribute to business development efforts
- CPA license
- 8+ years of public accounting experience, with at least 3 years at the manager level
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Advanced proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office suite
- Master’s degree in Taxation or Accounting
- Experience with international tax issues
