Well‑established real estate investment firm with a $10B+ national portfolio is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to be responsible for a portfolio of mixed‑use properties.
Hours:
9‑5. WFH on Fridays.
$/yr – $/yr
Additional compensation- Annual Bonus

- Prepare financial statements on an accrual basis for multifamily and mixed‑use properties.
- Prepare monthly work papers and reporting packages.
- Interface with investors and lenders.
- Maintain cash forecast model and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in budget preparation and review.
- Assist in year‑end audit process.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Audit and/or accounting experience in real estate.
- Knowledge of Yardi, MRI or similar software is preferred.
