Coda Search is partnering with a fast-growing infrastructure company with offices located in Westchester County. This is a growing company that operates across the U.S. and has big expansion plans for 2026. The Accounting Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the month‑end close process, managing day‑to‑day accounting operations, and assisting with the monthly financial reporting package. This highly visible role partners with operations, finance, and project teams to support decision‑making and drive financial discipline across the organization.

• Lead and manage the month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare, review, and approve journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Supervise daily accounting transactions, including A/P, A/R, cash management, payroll, fixed assets, and inter‑company activity.
• Conduct detailed monthly balance sheet reviews to ensure account accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Analyze fluctuations and provide variance explanations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
• Partner with operations, project accounting, and FP&A teams to align financial processes with business initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase accuracy and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and month‑end close processes.
• Experience in a high‑growth, multi‑entity environment.
• CPA or CPA‑track strongly preferred.
• Big 4/public accounting experience a plus.
