Accounting Coordinator

The Accounting Coordinator will work in collaboration with the accounting team and be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, ranging from performing accounting duties and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable/receivable transactions.

Key Accountabilities:

• As a team player you will need to communicate important information to your co-workers on a regular basis in a very fast-paced environment.
• Review, sort and match and process check requests.
• Set invoices up for payment.
• Reconciliation of payments.
• Contracts and filing.
• Guest requests.
• Other Ad-Hoc tasks

General Requirements:

• Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
• Proficient in data entry and management.
• Experience working in a hotel environment is a plus.
• Prioritizing tasks, good judgement, and problem solving-skills.
• Acute attention to details and information management skills.
• Integrity matching a high level of discretion.
