Description

Pine Ridge Advisers LLC, a multi-family office/investment advisory firm based in New York City, is seeking a part-time experienced bookkeeper with a minimum of 3 years direct experience to work 20 hours per week onsite.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable entry and payment processing
• General ledger maintenance and reporting
• Analyze, record and reconcile credit card charges
• Liase with contacts and vendors
• Process payroll
• Medical insuranceclaim processing
• Strong written and oral communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Organized and detail oriented
• Prefer experience with Sage Intacct, Cash Pro a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
