About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience with a variety of accounting duties. They will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Performing reviews and compilations
• Providing tax planning and compliance services
• Assisting with financial reporting and analysis
• Working with clients to meet their accounting and financial needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in a public accounting firm
• CPA is a plus
• Fluent in both Japanese and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
