We carry over one million industrial, material handling and business products that are sold through our website, corporate sales people and full color catalogs. We are constantly increasing our product offerings to meet the diverse and changing needs of our customers. Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America.

• Reconciling subledger to general ledger account balances
• Preparation of account reconciliations using Blackline Reconciliation tool (including monthly bank reconciliations, prepaids, accrueds, expenses, etc.)
• Preparing financial statements
• Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses
• Assisting in the preparation of annual footnote disclosures
• Monthly reconciliation of intercompany balances
• Knowledge of foreign currency transactions and translation
• Program Administrator for Pcard transactions
• Backup to System Administrator for Pcards

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting (CPA a plus).
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Strong PC skills in Windows based environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
