A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking an Accounting Associate in Management Company Accounting to cover multiple business units. The role involves accounting and management reporting responsibilities for Registered Investment Advisors.

• Full accounting and reporting responsibilities for advisor entities
• Daily and monthly journal entry bookings and related reconciliations
• Extensive interaction with fund & tax accountants, auditors during year-end audit, and offshore support team
• Extensive Management reporting and Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance
• Cash reconciliations and relevant journal entries
• Inter‑company reconciliation and settlement of outstanding balances
• Balance Sheet review and sign‑off of relevant accounts
• Revenue booking, analysis, and forecasting
• Review of Overhead Allocations
• Expense booking, analysis, and forecasting
• Involvement in monthly management reporting

• Accounting degree or strong GAAP accounting knowledge required
• CPA or Public accounting experience is a plus
• Superior MS Excel skills required
• 2‑3 years of experience
• Alternative Asset Management experience is a plus
• Management reporting experience is a plus
