Source Pro Search has a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Biller to join the team of one of our top-rated law firm client, in New York.

Schedule:

9:30 am - 5:30 pm - 3 days in office/2 days WFH.

• Generate, print and distribute prebills to assigned. partners each month
• Follow up with partners to ensure pre-bills are returned by the deadline Perform narrative edits, time/cost adjustments and write-offs (in accordance with firm’s policies and procedures)
• Ensure bills meet agreed client guidelines, generate final invoices and send to clients.
• Experience with split and/or multipayor billing a plus.

• Must have the ability to respond to billing, payment, accounts receivable and other routine inquiries, and generate system reports as necessary.
• Detail oriented, possess excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Candidate must be self-driven, capable of critical and analytical thinking, solution and detail oriented
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, emphasis in Excel. Elite 3E experience a plus but not required.
• Vaccination required
