I’m currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our growing Finance team at Continental Industries Group, Inc.

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow, ensuring accurate billing, and supporting our international operations.
Responsibilities- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Monitor payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Reconcile AR accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end closing and reporting
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations & Logistics teams to resolve billing issues
- 3–5 years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international business environment
