Accounts Payables Analyst II; Long Term Temporary

Responsibilities

• Review and verify all incoming invoices or purchase orders are approved and correctly coded before processing
• Compare invoice batch files against incoming invoice to ensure accuracy
• Review and process all employee travel and reimbursement requests
• Communicate with vendors and employees regarding payment inquiries
• Create check batch file prior to processing payments
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all financial documents in the department
• Issue stop payments request to bank as deemed necessary
• Generate SSD spend reports for the Director of Finance and Division of TEF
• Reconcile Accounts Payable vendor account as requested
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required
• Minimum two (2) years job related experience in Accounting required
• Proficient in the use of spreadsheets, accounting/financial application software
• Working knowledge of procurement software - Oracle software a plus
• Working knowledge of Accounting concept, practices and procedures
• Working knowledge of accounts payable process
• Knowledge of accounts payable documentation
• Ability to work with speed and accuracy
• Knowledge of Net Suite a plus
