$22.00/hr - $25.00/hr

• Cross‑reference invoices with purchase orders, bills of lading, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy.
• Enter data into the accounting software with zero errors.
• Maintain regular communication with the purchasing and warehouse departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Inform manager of changes to vendor contact information and review the data is up to date in the system.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
• Process and manage weekly trucking invoices.
• Oversee accounts payable aging reports and suspense reports to track outstanding balances.
• Assist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
• Must be proficient with Excel.

• Prior experience with accounts payable or a related accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting software and data entry best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal departments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized.

• Compensation based on experience ($22‑$25 per hour).
