Base pay range$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr
We are working with a well‑known law firm that is seeking a Collections Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience. The role will be temp to perm, with strong conversion potential. Please apply if this role interests you, the client is looking to move quickly!! Industry experience is not required.
Duties & Responsibilities- Responsible for assigned partners regarding firm wide collections.
- Designate client accounts to ensure collections are met in a timely manner.
- Communicate with clients and other parties.
- Work daily in ARCS3 collection software.
- Ensure the entire to do list is managed and completed in timely manner.
- Ensure contact details, notes are maintained and updated on a regular basis and properly save follow up emails in ARCS
3. - Review/monitor complex accounts and notify management of any issues.
- Review and follow up on unallocated balances and liaisons with NY Accounting Receipts to ensure balances are properly allocated to outstanding invoices.
- Review installment payments to ensure balances are up to date.
