Role Overview
Contract Role:
Temporary support during busy season to catch up on invoicing.
Pay: $25–30+/hr on W2.
Schedule:
Fully onsite at either NYC HQ or Brooklyn Office.
- Coordinate and submit all invoices accurately and timely utilizing SAP Ariba.
- Manage invoice submissions and payments efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors to verify all billing details.
- Resolve any questions or discrepancies regarding invoices.
- Track expenses to maintain accurate records of spending.
- Organize and review all records for completeness and ease of access for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business concentration (preferred).
- 4–5 years of experience in a finance or invoice coordination role.
- Prior experience working in a creative, fashion, or studio environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel) and familiarity with SAP Ariba.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
