A respected public accounting firm in NYC is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their growing team.

• Manage and review complex 1040s, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Serve as a trusted advisor to HNW clients, providing tax planning and strategy
• Supervise and mentor junior staff; lead performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Conduct tax research and stay informed on evolving tax laws and policies
• Collaborate with firm leadership on client service, workflow, and business development

• CPA license required
• 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting
• Expertise in HNW individual and corporate tax returns
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
