Location: New York
A real estate management company is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support its financial operations. This role includes handling daily accounting functions, assisting with financial reporting, managing bank reconciliations, and supporting Accounts Payable processes.
Responsibilities Include:- Managing daily accounting and general ledger activity
- Assisting with month-end close
- Preparing and reviewing financial reports
- Completing bank reconciliations
- Reviewing invoices and supporting AP workflow
- Identifying process improvements
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Knowledge of Yardi is a strong plus
- Prior accounting experience preferred
$90k - $100k/Year
