Job Description
Our client is a business management firm. They seek a temp Tax Review Administrator to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the end-to-end tax return review process, ensuring all returns are complete, properly formatted, and include required supporting documentation
- Verify the accuracy of client information, filing requirements, and signatures before final approval and submission
- Track and manage the status of all tax filings
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to collect missing information, resolve discrepancies, and support efficient workflow execution
- Maintain organized electronic and physical tax files, ensuring accurate documentation, e-filing confirmations, and proper record retention
- Prepare reports for tax leadership detailing workload status, filing progress, and outstanding review items
- Support process improvement initiatives, software updates, and administrative tasks that enhance tax department efficiency
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- 7+ years of experience
- Family office, financial services, or music entertainment industry experience
- High Net Worth Individuals experience required
- Experience with multi-state filings, partnerships, S-Corp preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPA preferred
