This position reports to the E‑Billing Manager and assists in all phases of client billing, including submission, follow‑up and communication with clients, coordinators, and managers related to electronically billed invoices. It requires attention to detail, technical execution, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities- Prepare and submit client invoices and e‑bills to client portals and third‑party e‑Billing vendor platforms using e‑Billing templates and relevant software applications.
- Conduct regular reviews of e‑billed invoice statuses via Bill Blast to confirm successful submission to clients.
- Notify Client Account team members of invoice rejections and collaborate with them to rectify and resubmit invoices to clients.
- Provide support with configuration mapping within the Bill Blast system.
- Contribute to the submission of accruals and budgets.
- Maintain the new timekeepers template by updating e‑Billing client information.
- Support the reporting process for year‑end deadlines.
- Prepare the weekly e‑Billing report under senior supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1+ years of relevant corporate experience and client relationship experience at a professional services or law firm.
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF function, etc.).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, with limited supervision.
- Experience with Aderant is a plus.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of job‑related factors. This role is non‑exempt meaning it is overtime pay eligible.
