Location: Port Washington, NY office (4-day Hybrid, M-Th)

• Preparation of monthly accrual, recurring journal entries (Prepaid, Depreciation, Accrual)
• Dropship billing
• Navan (T&E expenses) review/audit
• Sales taxes filing on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
• Maintenance of Corporate taxes and Excise taxes schedules
• Bank reconciliation
• Yearly financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss) preparation in Quick Books
• Ad hoc projects

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is required.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting systems (Elite, Cognos, BC Dynamics) and T&E (Navan (former Trip Actions)) is helpful.
• Knowledge of Quick Books is required.
• Advanced Excel skills required (Pivot, V‑Lookup), high level of proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic accounting understanding is a must.
• Strong communication, both written and oral.
• Superior organizational skills, detail oriented, must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Self‑Starter;
  Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, fast‑paced, team‑oriented atmosphere.
• Understands accuracy/timeliness required when handling funds.
• Industry knowledge a plus.

Salary Range: $65-70k annual
