Hiring Mirror is expanding its Accounting and Reporting Advisory practice within IPO/SPAC Execution Services. As an IPO/SPAC Senior, you will work with clients to address financial reporting, technical accounting, internal controls, and SEC readiness, across industries.
You will interact with clients, travel up to 50%, apply US GAAP/IFRS knowledge, GAAP conversions, and help prepare financial disclosures, governance structures, and growth initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
