Property Accountant

Salary: $70,000-$75,000 base salary + bonus eligibility

• Manage full-cycle accounting activities for a portfolio of commercial real estate properties
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and monthly financial statements
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, lease administration, and CAM reconciliations
• Partner with property managers and leadership to support reporting and financial performance initiatives
• Assist with new property onboarding, accounting process improvements, and system enhancement projects

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of commercial real estate or property accounting experience
• Experience using Yardi Voyager or comparable real estate accounting software
• Strong understanding of month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
