Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

Prepare and manage contract documents for State, City, and Federal funding sources.
Complete cost reports, drawdowns, and budget modifications in accordance with contract requirements.
Audit monthly expense reports to ensure accurate cost allocations.
Record contract activity and review general ledger balances at month‑end and year‑end.
Develop and maintain cost allocation methodologies for contracts.

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
3-5 years of experience in contract management, nonprofit accounting, or financial analysis.
