Description Kforce's client, a well-respected Suffolk County Long Island CPA firm, is seeking a Senior Accountant.
Summary:
In this role, the Senior Accountant will participate in various engagements for small to mid-sized business entities. They will be performing various accounting and tax functions, including financial statement preparation, closings, income, payroll, sales tax return preparation review, and general business advisory services.
Requirements
* Degree in Accounting
* CPA completed or in progress is a plus
* 3-5 years of post-college public accounting experience with servicing a wide variety of small/mid-sized privately held businesses
* Car and valid driver's license essential
Job Type Direct Hire Compensation
