The team handles the books, financial reporting, and control environment for the firm's U.S. and international management companies. This role offers the opportunity to manage recurring close, reporting, and regulatory processes while contributing to modernization through generative AI and automation.

• Lead change initiatives across the management company accounting function, from scoping to post-implementation review.
• Prepare and review recurring financial reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as a technical resource on complex accounting matters and financial reporting requirements.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to shape accounting involvement on firmwide initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen processes and build scalable workflows.
• Identify opportunities to apply generative AI and automation to streamline activities.

• Five to eight years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in alternative asset management, financial services, or public accounting; a CPA is required.
• Expertise in financial reporting and internal controls, with the ability to operate independently on high-stakes work.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives end-to-end and enhance team deliverables through review and coaching.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex matters to diverse audiences.
• Experience managing sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
