Kimco Realty Corp. (NYSE: Kim), North America’s largest publicly traded owners and operators of open-air, grocery-anchored shopping centers and mixed-use assets, is currently seeking Interns to join our collaborative, challenging, growth oriented  team. We're seeking smart, driven candidates who are passionate about beginning a career in real estate.  This Summer internship will involve working approximately 40 hours per week for a duration of approximately 8 weeks, with flexible start and end dates.  

Interns will be paid an hourly rate of $20 an hour.  
** Responsibilities:
*** Assist with the preparation of Kimco’s quarterly Form 10-Q filing
* Partner with the Corporate Accounting team on preparing leads for quarter-end close
* Build analyses using AI tools to support accounting projects
* Assist with internal controls audit procedures
* Support planning and preparation efforts related to Kimco hosting the AdHoc Conference
* Collaborate with other departments, including Treasury and Tax, on projects and assignments as needed  
** Requirements:
*** Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a business oriented major, preferably with a focus in real estate
* Strong written, verbal and analytical skills
* Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of internal and external customers
* Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn internal systems
