You will learn and apply professional and technical standards, upholding the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making and optimize client financial performance
- Managing financial records and confirming compliance with accounting standards
- Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and risk management processes
- Preparing and presenting financial statements and reports to provide accurate insights
- Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work and drive client value
- Applying accounting and financial reporting standards to maintain data integrity
- Utilizing digital tools to enhance financial analysis and reporting efficiency
- Engaging in continuous learning to develop skills and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Gathering information from diverse sources to identify patterns and inform recommendations

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study:
Accounting, Finance
- At least 1 year of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Prior experience in public accounting or a controllership environment
- Current pursuit of CPA or an active CPA license
- Applying proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and ERP/accounting platforms such as Quick Books, Intacct, Net Suite, Workday, SAP, , Ramp, and Double
- Demonstrating proficiency in Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards
- Utilizing skills in Financial Statement Preparation and Analysis
- Applying knowledge of General Ledger Accounting and Maintenance
- Excelling in Account Reconciliation and Credit Control
- Engaging in AI-Human Collaboration and AI Fluency
- Adapting to diverse client needs and team dynamics
- Building commercial awareness and understanding business operations

Travel Requirements Up to 20%
Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $141,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
