This in‑person role collaborates with the Head of Asset Management and COO in Midtown Manhattan, focusing on day‑to‑day workflows, GAAP compliance, and investor reporting.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of accounting experience in real estate investment management, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, and solid Excel skills; CPA progress is preferred.
