Financial Controller

We are searching for a talented Comptroller to join our growing organization and take ownership of our accounting operations. As a key member of the leadership structure, you will ensure financial accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and help build scalable systems that support our national expansion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, mentoring team members, and partnering with leadership in a fast‑paced environment.

• Lead all accounting functions, including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, and cash management
• Oversee month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close and produce GAAP‑compliant financials
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure accurate, reliable financial data
• Monitor cash flow, bank activity, and treasury functions
• Direct the budgeting and forecasting process and prepare ongoing financial analysis
• Present financial insights to leadership and support strategic decision‑making
• Serve as the primary contact for external auditors, tax professionals, and financial institutions
• Oversee ERP, accounting systems, and workflow optimization
• Implement process improvements and automation as the company grows

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5–10+ years of accounting leadership experience
• Expertise in GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
• Experience with Quick Books and process optimization
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑moving, growth‑focused company
