Job description:
Wicker Smith is a Litigation Law Firm with over 350 attorneys in 17 offices located throughout Florida, Arizona, Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee.
We are seeking an attentive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual for a Billing Specialist. The candidate must have a minimum 1+ years of general accounting experience from a legal industry along with strong client billing. You will work effectively with internal and external customers and possess the ability to analyze and resolve billing discrepancies, and collections. Assist management with special projects, budget/forecast and reporting, accounting program experience a plus.
Must have attention to detail, be able to perform accurately in a fast paced/high pressure environment.
- Daily Duties:
- Editing pending invoices
- Printing invoices
- Preparing invoices for mailing
- Verify all client requirements are complied with
- Work on projects as assigned
Experience / Skills
- Microsoft Office 2016 knowledge focusing on Excel and Outlook
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be extremely organized and self-starting
