What You’ll DoAs our bookkeeper, you’ll help keep our financial operations running smoothly by:
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare deposits and process payments
- Assist with monthly financial reports
- Work closely with management on accounting projects
- Support payroll and billing functions as needed
- Help ensure financial accuracy and compliance
We’re searching for someone who is:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Dependable with excellent follow-through
- Professional with outstanding communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented, and career-minded
- Committed to confidentiality and accuracy
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience in the home care or healthcare industry
Starting Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 annually (Based on experience, education, and qualifications.)
