Construction industry or subcontractor accounting experience is required

Construction Project Accounting Manager
Location:Doral Area
Additional Info & Technical Skill SetRequired:
- Construction industry accounting experience
- Monthly General Ledger, Multiple Entity Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliations, AP/AR
- Month End Close, quarter end close, year-end close
- Analyze Work-in-Progress (WIP) schedules, job cost reporting, and project profitability analysis.
- AIA billing
- % of completion
- Job Costing
- Labor Costs
- Quick Books / Advanced Excel
- 6 employees in the Accounting department, including 2 purchasing staff
- $60m to $80m annual revenues
- Medical and Dental offered.
- Minimum of 5 years Accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree, with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
- Advanced Excel
