Accounts Payable / Administrative Support
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Administrative Support professional to support our finance and administrative operations.
🔹 Scope of Work
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments and invoices, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Respond to inquiries related to accounts payable
- Open and distribute incoming mail
- Work with vendors to resolve invoice and payment issues
- Collaborate college-wide with:
- End users submitting invoices
- Purchasing Department for vendor-related matters
- Budget Department for budget-related issues
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable
- Working knowledge of accounting principles related to Accounts Payable
- Experience with reconciliation of financial records
- Familiarity with computer-based accounting systems and software
